Caldera Group is a leading Group of Companies in Crete, its main fields of action being the Prefecture of Chania, and the Hersonissos area, in the Prefecture of Heraklion.
Today, the Hotel Management accounts for the largest percentage of the Caldera Group revenue. The Group owns six (6) hotel units with an accommodation capacity that exceeds 3.500 beds in the Prefecture of Chania, and 1.150 beds in the Prefecture of Heraklion. The Group also owns a significant number of luxury villas, apartment buildings and land plots in various locations in the Prefecture of Chania, and in the Hersonissos area, in the Prefecture of Heraklion.
Caldera Group is a market leader in the hospitality industry in Crete, where, among other tourist markets, it serves over 70% of the Scandinavian market of TUI Nordic. In the coming years, the Group is planning its continuous expansion to interesting future projects that will result in successful business operations, targeting more people and bigger markets.
